Established in 2025 by Nikki Hopkins, Thamara Raju, and Dr Dimitrios Sampanis, Elite Case Management was founded with the shared vision of redefining excellence in complex case coordination. The organisation emerged to set new standards in delivering tailored, client-led support for individuals navigating life-altering injuries and long-term rehabilitation. Drawing on decades of collective experience, the founders recognised the need for a more collaborative, transparent, and outcomes-driven approach to case management in an increasingly complex care landscape.

Our dedicated team of professionals continues to grow, bringing together highly qualified case managers with extensive experience in handling multifaceted care pathways. Many of our practitioners began their journey in frontline support roles and, through ongoing professional development, have evolved into expert case managers.
